Kerbing, chipping damage and scratches can happen easily when driving or parking, leaving undesirable marks and damage to your alloys. Buying new alloys wheels can be expensive, so a standard painted refurbishment is a cost effect way of bringing new life and a polished look back to your wheels. At Forza Line can restore your alloys either to their original colour and finish or update their look with a new colour to your choice.

Our trained technicians are on hand to be able to advise on the best refurbishment techniques available for your alloys. Ask one of our team here for more assistance, we also suggest sending some pictures of the damage to help us asses your wheels and offer the best advice, or simply pop down and see us.

We offer two types of service: 24 Express and 3 Day Standard both are hassle free and quality assured. Alloys can be supplied to us with tyres. We will remove them prior to any work. Afterwards the tyres will be refitted, inflated to the correct pressure and balanced. All of our work comes with a full 12 month wheel refurbishment warranty.

DIAMOND CUT ALLOYS

That’s why we have a staff that excels in providing top-notch maintenance and repair – and is able to do it quickly.Diamond Cutting process is a premium service that offers the finest quality finish for your alloys. The precision cut applied to the rims removes only what is required, allowing more cuts compared to other methods. The process involves cleaning your alloys using a specialist alloy wheel jet machine which ensures all dirt, tar, and grit is removed completely. Once clean, the surface of the wheel is precision cut on a lathe to leave a high cut shiny finish. The process is completed by coating the rim with a scratch proof lacquer. At this stage the alloys are carefully quality checked by our technicians to ensure it meets our high standards of finish. The tyres are then refitted, inflated to the correct pressure and re balanced. Please note this is a longer process and cannot be applied to our express service.
PAINTED ALLOY WHEELS
A standard alloy wheel repair finish starts by cleaning the alloys in an aquablast machine which ensures all dirt, tar, and grit is removed. Kerb damage is then removed using abrasive disks and colour is matched and applied using high quality paints. The alloys are then coated with etch primer to prevent corrosion followed by a coat of primer. Once dry, the alloys are coloured and a scratch proof lacquer is applied to complete the desired look and to add a layer of protection. The alloys then pass through quality control where our technicians check they meet our minimum standards of finish. The tyres are then refitted, inflated to the correct pressure and re balanced. A final quality control is carried out before alloys are ready for delivery.
POWDER COATED ALLOY WHEELS
Applying a powder coating to alloys is ideal if they have seen better days. This includes a full strip down before the coating is applied. The process includes the alloys being chemically stripped to remove the paint then shot blasted to remove any residual paint that may remain. The process is completed by powder coating with primer, application of colour and a final lacquer finish. Please note this is a longer process and cannot be applied to our express service.
